At Light Reply we are hiring Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect. You will leverage your expertise to drive innovation, optimize workflows, and empower our business users through the seamless integration of Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Power BI. Join us in empowering individuals through codeless innovation! We leverage Dynamics 365 to craft no-code/low-code solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, conducting process optimization, and conceptualizing solutions based on Dynamics 365
  • Engage with the latest Microsoft technologies while working on projects for international clients, always prioritizing customer focus and sustainability
  • Mentor junior developers for skill development
  • Execute solution design and development using the latest Microsoft technologies, emphasizing sustainability
  • Plan, develop, and realize extension components for DYNAMICS 365, with a focus on ribbon customizations, plugins, web resources and custom APIs
  • Lead customer consultations through workshops for optimal technology use
  • Implement Microsoft DYNAMICS 365 apps, considering governance, change management, and security
  • Work collaboratively in a motivated team, deploying solutions, managing ALM pipelines, translating needs into low-code solutions, leading app development, and ensuring high-quality software

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 including DevOps experience on the Azure Platform
  • Wide-ranging knowledge of Microsoft 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights, including Expertise in SharePoint and Teams
  • Proficiency in implementing Custom Connectors
  • Solid understanding of Authentication and Authorization flows within DYNAMICS 365 and Power Automate
  • Agile project methodology
  • Previous experience in programming languages such as C# and TypeScript, SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Excellent understanding of database design principles including knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
  • Proven dev experience in dynamics 365 and Power Automate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Certification with Microsoft Power Platform
