We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Administrator & Developer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform. You will play a key role in system administration, customization, data management, troubleshooting, and user support to enhance business operations. This is a part-time (20-hour per week) remote role, with flexible scheduling Monday through Thursday (no work on Fridays).

Your ability to optimize workflows, support integrations, and implement enhancements will be critical to success. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to system improvements, and maintain high-performance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development – Design, develop, and implement functional solutions using Microsoft D365 & Power Platform.
  • System Administration & Configuration – Manage user access, roles, security settings, workflows, business rules, automation, and dashboard/report customization.
  • Data Management & Integrity – Ensure data quality, perform backups, manage integrations, and oversee data imports, exports, transformation, and deduplication.
  • Troubleshooting & Support – Diagnose and resolve system issues, providing technical support and maintenance.
  • Upgrades & Enhancements – Implement system updates, patches, and new features, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Training & Documentation – Maintain system documentation, process guides, and best practices, providing training to end users and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in software development, with a focus on D365 administration and development.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a D365 Administrator handling configuration, security settings, workflows, and integrations.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft D365 Developer with expertise in customizations using JavaScript, Power Automate, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform Integration (Canvas Apps, Power Automate) and experience integrating D365 with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Experience working at Microsoft, preferably as a vendor or contractor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in agile environments, adapting quickly to evolving requirements.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize D365 workflows and integrations to enhance efficiency.
  • Familiarity with best practices for security, compliance, and system performance in cloud-based environments.

Microsoft Certifications:

  • MB-600 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect)
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) (a plus but not required)

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $190,000 to $200,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
