Team / division overview
The DWS Revenue and Investments team covers the accounting processes to capture business events and financial transactions that are fundamental to the organization’s revenue and investment streams. For this role, you will be supporting the team in performing validation and control function as well as Fee calculation, Booking, Invoicing and settlement, Balance Sheet Substantiation process (BSS), Management reporting, including ad hoc reporting and requests. You will also support the Asset Management business. It is critical in ensuring that the sub-ledger systems and subsequent reporting platforms are accurate, complete, and timely released through performance of reasonableness check, trending analysis, exception management and understanding of control environment. You can expect a structured training process from our knowledge experts. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role
Your key responsibilities
- Perform and review finance and accounting processes specifically on revenue and investments including but not limited to Fee calculation, Booking, Invoicing and settlement.
- Handle analysis, commentaries, investigations required for the Balance Sheet Substantiation process (BSS) and Flash process.
- Handle Management reporting process and other ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Provide support for internal and external audit requests
- Support delivery of Project requirements
- Handle, resolve operational issues and concerns, and manage expectations of stakeholders.
- Partner with peers to ensure all deadlines are met within acceptable timelines
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or Finance-related equivalents with Accounting courses
- Experience in financial and management reporting or analysis of financial data gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry would be beneficial
- Combined analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
- Strong stakeholder management
- Familiarity on AI-assisted productivity tools i.e. MS Copilot

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a finance-related equivalent with accounting coursework
