Team / division overview
DWS Infrastructure Finance Team supports in building calculations for forecasting, planning, cost restatements, cost allocations and booking these into the system. Team function also includes monitoring of month-end control checks for MECC and monthly journals, preparing submissions for SAM allocations, performing QA/Peer review and preparation of management packs.
Your responsibilities
As our Finance Business Advisory Analyst, you will:
- Provide support to the Forecasting, Planning & Cost restatement process for the DWS Infrastructure business units.
- Monitoring of MECC financials as part of month-end control checks
- Cost journal preparation and submission
- Provide support on the submission of data for SAM Ops and investigation/analysis of allocation runs.
- Preparation of various MI reports relevant to the business
- Perform 4-eye/peer review
- Handle adhoc requests and stakeholder management/escalations
We are looking for
- A candidate with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance-related courses, preferably CPA
- A candidate with experience in financial/management reporting and analysis of financial data, knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- A candidate with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- A professional with analytical and problem-solving skills
- A professional who is driven and motivated who seeks a challenging career with substantial responsibility
- Team player who is collaborative and also able to work independently
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
- Amenable to midshift - 2pm to 11pm

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a finance-related field
