Skills Required
- Willingness to travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas
- Experience in heavy civil construction
- Experience in skilled trades (equipment operation, maintenance, or construction trades)
- Experience in operations, logistics, or product delivery
- Engineering experience or interest in construction engineering roles
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow within construction roles
