Dual Study Program in Business Administration (B.A.) Including an Apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)

We offer you the opportunity to combine a dual study program in Business Administration with an apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d). This way, you will earn both a recognized apprenticeship qualification and a Bachelor of Arts degree.

What you can expect

Practical experience:
During your dual study program, you will get to know different departments in our company, such as Sales and Procurement, Finance and Accounting, and E-Commerce. Together, we will choose the departments based on your interests, so you can set your own personal focus. This will give you a broad insight into our company and help you understand business processes from different perspectives. From day one, you will be a full member of the team and take on tasks independently.

Studies and apprenticeship:
You will study for seven semesters in the dual Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration at Bremen University of Applied Sciences while completing your apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d). At the university, you will study in a fixed class group until the specialization semesters in your final year. Your subjects will include Controlling, Human Resources Management, and Business Law. At the same time, you will complete your apprenticeship without having to attend additional vocational school classes. In your third year, you will take your final exam at the IHK.

Your dual study program with us starts on August 1, 2027.

What you bring

• You have a university entrance qualification or an advanced technical college entrance qualification, with good grades in German and English.
• You are interested in trends and developments in E-Commerce and enjoy learning about business topics.
• You are confident using IT and digital tools.
• You enjoy working in a team and have good analytical thinking skills, a strong work ethic, and plenty of initiative.
• You are confident and enjoy communicating with others.
• Ideally, you already have good MS Office skills.
• You are fluent in German.
