THE POSITION: Machine Learning Engineer

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Optimize existing Machine Learning projects, improving execution speed, code quality, and system architecture
- Automate AI workflows and integrate LLMs to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain lightweight internal APIs to facilitate seamless cross-departmental collaboration and data accessibility
- Design scalable data pipelines and implement data governance policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security
- Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and marketers to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Computer Science/Engineering/Information Management major is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering or a related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Python
- Experience in API development and backend integration is a plus
- Familiarity with server deployment and containerization (e.g., Docker, Linux)
- Experience with LLM APIs, AI automation tools, or MLOps frameworks is a plus
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and good English communication skills
Skills Required
