THE POSITION: Business Intelligence Analyst

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Analyze complicated business models and identify key insights to develop actionable recommendations influencing decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, marketers) from a data perspective, supporting strategic initiatives.
- Construct and expand AI-powered Business Intelligence systems to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. (Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics is a plus.)
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) with debugging skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis methodologies, data governance practices.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder requirements and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
