We are seeking a Drywaller in our Northwestern Region. As a Drywaller, you will be responsible for performing paint and drywall for water, fire, wind, and mold repair projects.


What You Do

    • Mix, match and apply paint, varnish, shellac, enamel, and other finishes
    • Scrape, sandpaper, prime and/or seal surfaces prior to painting
    • Clean walls to ensure proper adherence
    • Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
    • Calculate amounts of required materials
    • Fill holes, cracks and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking gun or putty knives
    • Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamps, and electric switch covers prior to painting
    • Tape off areas when needed
    • Knowledgeable on masking and working in occupied homes
    • Apply drywall to walls or ceilings
    • Prepare panels for painting by taping or finishing joints
    • Measure, cut, fit, and fasten panels
    • Read blueprints and designs 
    • Drive to jobs daily
    • Work overtime as needed 
    • Practice safe and efficient work techniques to minimize potential injuries and hazardous conditions
    • Participate in safety meetings and inspections
    • Ensure that material areas are kept neat and orderly
    • Always maintain acceptable levels of housekeeping with regard to equipment and assigned work area and/or department

      • Knowledge of industry tools and how to use and maintain them
      • Good communication skills, written and verbal
      • Strong customer service skills
      • Ability to work both independently and as a team
