Hours - 48 hours per week, 06.00 - 18.00 and 18.00 - 06.00 rotating shifts 2 Day 2 Nights 4 off, every 7 blocks 18 days off,Some flexibility will be required with business needs.

What you'll be doing:

Monitor, test, and analyze service performance to ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards

Maintain and operate equipment and resources according to established procedures and quality standards

Perform routine activities within a team or independently to ensure smooth daily operations
-
Adhere to health and safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment

Support planned maintenance systems, including preventive maintenance and task completion
-
Conduct sampling and testing to optimize plant and equipment performance
-
Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain superior aesthetics and housekeeping

Respond appropriately to emergency situations and assist with planned plant shutdowns
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role and environment is preferable,however full training will be given to the successful candidate

Cost Awareness
-
Working Safely, Issuing Permits to Work, Experience working with Confined Space Regulations etc.

Problem Solving particularly in a wastewater environment or similar process related industry.

Computer literacy
-
A confident, flexible and professional at all times, able to work effectively as part of the Operations team.

The ability to make decisions based on technical knowledge taking into account environmental impact and issues.

To be able to manage personal performance in order to achieve business targets.

Ensure that H&S policies are applied correctly.

Full Clean Driving Licence

Able to participate in an out of hours standby rota , with weekend working if required

SVQ 3 Wastewater management or willing to achieve
