Position: Drupal Web Administrator
Location: Hybrid - Austin, TX 78701 (40% travel into the office required)

Experience

Web administration, web design with significant exposure to managing large-scale websites

Proven experience with Drupal content management system (CMS), including content creation, taxonomy, nav

Strong portfolio of highly complex web design, demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end integration.

In-depth understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), tools for testing accessibility

Hands-on experience remediating accessibility issues

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first strategies.

Ability to translate technical language into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams

Ability to explain technical issues.

Familiarity with preparing user documentation, specification requirements, and UX artifacts

Ability to keep up with emerging technologies, trends, and standards

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
