Ideal candidates will have two or more years of practical experience in architectural drafting. Must be competent in Revit and AutoCAD with basic knowledge of construction techniques.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and basic design support for the following:
- Architectural Site Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, Building Sections, Detailing, Construction, etc.
- 3D models, renderings, schematic drawings.
Assists with Architectural design as required. Must be dedicated to quality work and operating as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides intermediate drafting and basic design work under the supervision of architects
- Preliminary research of applicable methods of construction and, specifications
- Sets up new project drawings and specifications under the direction of architects
- Assembles bid, addendums, construction documents, and revisions project packages
