Job Title: Electronics Drafter / Designer

Description:
Under direct supervision, develops working drawings within company and industry standards and codes, from equipment specifications and detailed drawings. Incumbents should exhibit a full understanding of the materials and methods normally used and begin to have some basic or elementary exposure to design. Complies with and promotes reliability and safety practices. Comply with HSE and service quality requirements. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Skills are typically acquired through the completion of an Associates degree in Electronics Technology, Drafting or similar discipline and 4 years of related drafting experience or through 6 years of related drafting experience.

Drafting is a significant bottleneck for ongoing development and sustaining projects.
