- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience performing database analysis or data management for enterprise systems.
- Experience writing SQL queries and analyzing relational databases.
- Experience supporting data quality analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration concepts.
- Understanding of data governance, data standards, and data lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC and required background investigation
- Analyze, validate, and maintain DSAID data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify, research, and resolve data quality issues in coordination with database and application teams.
- Support data ingestion, validation, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Develop and execute ad hoc and recurring data queries and reports in support of stakeholders and congressional reporting.
- Support Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes between DSAID components and external systems.
- Perform data impact analysis for system changes, enhancements, and modernization efforts.
- Support interface data exchanges and transaction analysis reporting.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, DBAs, and BI teams to support requirements and reporting needs.
- Document data definitions, data flows, and business rules.
- Support compliance with data governance, privacy, and records management requirements.
- Assist with troubleshooting data-related issues for Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desk requests.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning activities.
- Support transition-in, transition-out, and knowledge transfer activities
