Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience supporting cloud or enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on experience administering cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud networking, security groups, load balancing, and storage services.
- Experience supporting Linux and/or Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with RMF, NIST SP 800-53, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
- Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC and required background investigation
- Administer and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments supporting DSAID.
- Provision, configure, and manage compute, storage, networking, and platform services.
- Monitor system health, availability, performance, and capacity; respond to alerts and incidents.
- Support system patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in accordance with change management processes.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure continuity of operations.
- Support RMF and ATO activities by implementing and maintaining security controls.
- Ensure compliance with DoD cloud security requirements, STIGs, and cybersecurity policies.
- Support vulnerability remediation, continuous monitoring, and audit activities.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Engineers, and DevSecOps teams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues; perform root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain cloud operational documentation, runbooks, and diagrams.
- Support system modernization, cloud migration, and optimization initiatives.
- Participate in Agile planning, technical reviews, and operational readiness activities.
- Provide on-call or after-hours support during releases or system incidents
