Job Summary

The Dotnet and Frontend Developer at Synechron is a key contributor responsible for designing and developing dynamic and responsive web applications. This role combines expertise in Dotnet backend development with strong frontend skills in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS to deliver high-quality software solutions. Serving as a collaborative team member, the role supports Synechron’s delivery of scalable, user-centric applications that drive business success and operational efficiency.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Proficient experience in Dotnet framework (5 to 6 years)

• Strong skills in frontend technologies: TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL databases

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle

• Version control experience (Git or equivalent) is preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue)

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Dotnet and create rich, interactive frontends using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Design and maintain database queries and support data-driven application features.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, enhancing performance and user experience.

• Support documentation and testing activities to uphold code quality and project standards.

• Work independently on assigned tasks while fostering a collaborative team environment.

The role’s strategic objectives are to ensure software applications meet functional requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Synechron’s technology goals.

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages:

• Essential: C#/.NET (5-6 years), TypeScript (strong proficiency)

• Essential: HTML5 and CSS3 (advanced proficiency)

• Preferred: JavaScript frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, Vue)

Databases/Data Management:

• Essential: SQL databases (intermediate level)

Cloud Technologies:

• Preferred: Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

Frameworks and Libraries:

• Preferred: Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)

Development Tools and Methodologies:

• Essential: Familiarity with Agile and software development lifecycle

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Dotnet backend and frontend development with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Proven ability to contribute independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.

• Experience in working with relational databases (SQL) within application development.

• Industry experience in technology services or software product development is preferred.

• Alternative experience pathways include substantial project or freelance work with relevant technologies.

• Review and update database scripts and queries as needed.

• Collaborate with QA for defect tracking and resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline.

• Professional certifications in Dotnet development or frontend technologies are advantageous.
