- Lead and manage projects utilizing Microsoft technologies and products, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and .NET
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members in the implementation of Microsoft solutions

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and enhance Microsoft practices and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality
