Frigate Support Contractor: Data Manager - Mid

SBSA/PSS include: Acquisition & Program Management; Business & Financial Management; and Configuration & Data Management.
Job summary: The subject position supports NAVSEA’s PEO USC new construction program office (PMS 515) for the construction of CONSTELLATION Class Guided Missile Frigate (FFG 62).
Description: Organize and coordinate Navy's data management programs and support Navy's data manager. Report findings and recommendations to the Government. Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common. For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made.
Minimum Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Years of Experience: 7 years professional experience in program/project management and shipbuilding
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience: 10 years professional experience in program/project management and shipbuilding
- Specialized Experience: Experience in NAVSEA's surface ship data management
Work Location: Contractor Site / Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC
Work Schedule: The position maybe eligible for an alternative work schedule and/or telework, depending upon Government direction at contract award.
