Job Description
Do you love data? Then this position might be for you! Medtelligent is looking for a Domo Analyst, who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the organization. This person will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic and operational initiatives. Your work will directly impact business performance, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Responsibilities:

Build reports in Domo.

Examine domo data and make transformations to assemble reports.

Work with database developers to advocate for new data sources being added from clients.

Familiarity with the data sources that are available for reporting.

Knowledge of what data is available in our domo instance and if data is missing speaking with our internal developers to develop a process to collect the missing data.

Assess usage of all domo reports and continuously clean up old reports and calculations in domo.

Able to explain concepts in simple and technical language.

Create visualizations and create dashboards that effectively show trends and tell a story.

Communicate with clients that their requested report is available for them.

Maintain integrity of reports.

Responsible for our domo instance as a whole ( maintain and establish reporting standards).

Manage our domo users.

Manage internal communication about our progress in Domo.
Qualifications

1+ years of experience utilizing Domo
-
1+ years of experience in the Data Analysis field
-
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Can execute on assigned tasks

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g., Python)

Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Experience working within the Senior Living or Assisted Living industry

Project Manager experience

Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring personal responsibility for the quality and outcomes of assigned tasks and projects

Exhibit an unwavering commitment to data precision and excellence, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of data management

Experience and/or interest in the senior living industry

After the phone screen, candidates that are selected to proceed in the process will do an in-person or video interview. Decisions can be made after second round interviews. In some instances, third round interviews are held.
