- Act as a technical leader, influencing decisions and guiding engineering teams
- Support teams on implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting in production
- Continuously improve platform capabilities across CI/CD, observability, and security
- Senior-level architect with strong experience designing and running cloud-native distributed systems at scale, with deep expertise in Kubernetes in production environments
- Combines hands-on technical depth with strategic thinking, comfortable in complex environments where performance, reliability, and scalability are critical
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices at scale
- Solid understanding of CI/CD (ideally GitOps), Linux, networking, and security
- Proven ability to influence technical decisions and lead through expertise
- Exposure to telecom platforms, service mesh, observability tools, or infrastructure as code is a plus
