Dolan Deal Coordinator

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Deal Coordinator is responsible for performing clerical duties for the Contracts team and the Business Office. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: EDRS entry, Overnight Deal packages, trade vehicle payoffs and interdepartmental communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Process EDRS (Titles and Registration) through NV DMV website. 
• Review of customer vehicle sales contract information 
• Overnight Deal packages and logging outgoing mail. 
• Trade Vehicle payoffs to financial institutions 
• Overnight trade payoffs and logging outgoing checks. 
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.

Physical Demands:
Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary.
• Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
• Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
