Job Description

Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a PR & Communication Manager

How you will contribute

  • Lead integrated PR & communications plans, eveloping and implementing effective campaigns across all channels

  • Manage and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders

  • Drive brand awareness and visibility through strategic PR initiatives

  • Coordinate internal and external communication activities

  • Support event production from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and brand alignment

  • Handle internal approval processes and administrative workflows to ensure smooth operations across departments

  • Measure and report on PR & Communication performance metrics

  • Plan and execute brand events and launches

  • Coordinate press presentations, special projects and showroom activities

  • Oversee VIP and celebrity relations

  • Coordinate with agencies and partners

  • Manage daily press office operations

  •  Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Who you are:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles

  • Proven track record in luxury/jewelry sector

  • Strong background in PR and communications

  • Strong verbal, communications and interpersonal skills; proactive, positive and open minded working attitude;

  • Proven experience in managing social media programs that have delivered measurable results; experience in growing and engaging an audience via social media vehicles such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and partnerships with blogs/bloggers and digital influencers;

  • Positive energy, creative thinker, strategic and results-oriented mindset;

  • Strong computing skills and a familiarity with Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel and and other visual presentation software

  • Experience in event management and production

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English – both written and spoken; knowledge of any other foreign language is greatly appreciated;
