- Change Management Lead - Design training programs for 14,000+ employees on SAP Retail workflows (e.g., planogramming, mobile self-checkout). Address resistance to automation in deli-bakery production planning and meat cutting tests. Coordinate OCM strategies for legacy system decommissioning (e.g., EPLUM, RTI Signage). Track adoption metrics for SAP Retail’s AI-driven pricing and demand forecasting tools. Ensure compliance with ADA/WCAG standards for user interfaces.
- Cloud/SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead - Manage cloud migration of SAP Retail to DoD-approved hybrid/SaaS environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government). Configure SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for real-time reporting on sales, inventory, and financial metrics. Implement DevSecOps pipelines for CI/CD of SAP Fiori apps and AI/ML models. Troubleshoot integration with existing hardware (NCR POS, Emerald Microservices). Ensure data encryption, tokenization, and audit trails for PCI/DSS and SNAP/WIC compliance.
- Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst - Validate SAP Retail’s alignment with DoD RMF controls and NIST SP 800-171. Monitor SAP CAR and POS systems for vulnerabilities in payment processing (e.g., Military Star Card, SNAP EBT). Conduct penetration testing on SAP Fiori apps and Commissary CLICK2GO eCommerce. Manage PII protections for loyalty program data under Privacy Act. Document ATO packages for Authorizing Official.
- SAP Data Migration Specialist - Cleanse and standardize legacy data from Relex, Power HQ, and Manthan Customer 360 into SAP Retail MDM. Validate foreign currency transactions (e.g., Europe/Pacific CDCs) for SAP FI/CO integration. Develop automated workflows for real-time inventory synchronization between SAP EWM and global stores. Mitigate risks in migrating sensitive patron data (e.g., loyalty programs, SNAP/WIC). Document data lineage for audit compliance with FFMIA and CFO Act.
- SAP Retail Solution Architect - Lead end-to-end design of SAP Retail solutions aligned with financial, supply chain, and omnichannel requirements. Ensure integration with SAP Logistics (MM/SD/EWM), SAP Financials (FI/CO), and legacy systems like Manhattan WMSOS and Oracle Fusion. Oversee compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards (e.g., FEDRAMP, RMF) and statutory mandates (e.g., DFARS, Privacy Act). Coordinate with stakeholders to validate technical feasibility of prototypes and agile iterations. Resolve conflicts between commercial SAP Retail configurations and military benefit requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 7 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills/duties, on/in a US Federal Government DoD systems.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
- MUST Be Available To Work Hybrid Remote at a Richmond, Virginia Location.
- REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret.
