This is a great opportunity for a Documentation Specialist providing support to the Engineering and Manufacturing Groups in a fast growing company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepares and maintains documentation related to the manufacturing of products and sub-assemblies
- Maintains engineering drawings and documentation
- Verifies component data and material BOMs from a variety of sources
- Enters and revises data in MRP and other databases
- Handles complex transactions requiring attention to detail
- Resolve issues through development of systems and procedures
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in Business Administration or technical field
- 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Required Skill and Abilities:
- Must be able to multi-task supporting various groups
- Must possess strong analytical skills, including problem analysis and resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work carefully, methodically and consistently
- Familiarity with Manufacturing software; Microsoft Navision is a plus
- Familiarity with PLM System; Arena is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
