Documentation & Localization Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

  • Creation of user documentation in collaboration with developers, testers, product managers, owners, and service representatives
  • Translation management or translation of documentation and release notes
  • Localization management or localization of screen texts
  • Quality assurance of multilingual documentation and GUI content
  • Terminology management

Your skills: 

  • German as a native speaker or native level
  • Very good English skills (for daily collaboration)
  • University degree in a technical field (translation) and/or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience as a technical writer and/or localization manager
  • Experience with DITA CMS and/or the RWS (formerly SDL) product family is desirable
  • Experience in the healthcare IT industry and in an agile work environment is a plus
  • Technical affinity and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Spanish, French, Portuguese (BR) or Arabic is a plus
