Motorworld is looking to add a part-time Document Scanner to our team! This position will require work on Saturdays.

Summary:
The Document Scanner will operate scanning equipment to image documents and checks, review image quality, accurately scan and digitize files, and ensure proper organization. This role requires maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality throughout the process.
Essential Duties:
- Preparing documents before scanning is essential to ensure they are well-organized and can pass through the scanner smoothly.
- Scanning documents to create clear, readable digital copies saved as PDFs or image files.
- Manage and store physical documents in compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all scanning tasks.
