Job Details:

Title: Document Review Attorney - Japanese

Location: New York City, NY

Duration: 1 month (may extend)

Division: Legal

Note:

• We are seeking experienced Japanese-speaking candidates to conduct effective due diligence on Japanese clients by reviewing contracts, certificate of incorporations, registration statements to determine their legal status.

• Candidate may have to carry out online legal research for entities where registration statements or other materials are not available.

Required:

• Proficiency and fluency in Japanese, written and verbal. 

• Prior experience of KYC, due diligence, Anti-money laundering review will be helpful.
