Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually

Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:

• Use of Adobe Creative Suite to produce logos and branding packages, document layout graphics and illustrations, web design, event booths, videos, and 3D renderings and animations
• Creates and executes design solutions and the collateral used for marketing, advertising, and other forms of communication
• Coordinates with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, and production management
• Work closely with the Planning, Transit, Environmental and Marketing Department

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• Applicant must have a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent and 10-15 years experience
• Must be intermediate to expert in Adobe Creative products
• Must have a good understanding of typography, layout, and design trends
• Must be able to communicate well, follow instructions, coordinate with technical teams, and work as a valued team member
• Must be able to take accountability for projects and meet deadlines
• Must be able to give and receive feedback in a humble, constructive way
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, ownership, and focus
