What Sets You Up for Success
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for organization
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort working with scanning software and digital file systems
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks while seated or standing
- Strong time management and reliability — you enjoy finishing what you start
- No banking experience needed — we’ll train the right candidate
What You’ll Do — and What Success Looks Like
In your first 6 to 12 months, you’ll:
- Scan, Sort, and Secure Critical Information
Accurately scan high volumes of deposit, loan, and account documents — ensuring every file is correctly indexed, easy to retrieve, and stored in the right place the first time. - Spot Errors Before They Cause Problems
Perform quality control checks on digital images to ensure they’re legible, accurate, and attached to the right customer, account, and document type — catching issues before they impact downstream users. - Manage the Details That Keep Operations Running
Stay on top of daily workflows, such as importing statements, processing unidentified documents, and verifying system counts — so no task gets left behind or misfiled. - Handle Records with Care and Precision
Retrieve off-site documents as needed, maintain proper file order, and help ensure the Bank’s long-term compliance with document retention standards. - Support the Technology Behind the Process
Perform light cleaning and basic scanner maintenance daily to keep equipment in top condition — and report issues promptly when they arise.
