Job DescriptionMaintain a document register
Setup and maintain documents and folders
Filing of all correspondences with ship owners and the client, reports and vessel specification sheets
Receive incoming documentation in a controlled manner
Qualifications
Suitable candidates must have 5+ years of experience with degree from a recognized institution The Document Controller will be responsible the compliance of all documentation related to the fleet and for all the documentation regarding reports for internal/external use reporting to the Marine Team Leader/Manager
