We are currently seeking a Document Control Coordinator to join our team at our Port Washington, WI facility. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the company’s quality system by controlling and maintaining critical quality documentation across all levels of the organization.

Location: Port Washington, WI
Shift: 1st Shift

Essential Functions:

  • Issue and maintain site logbooks and spreadsheets.
  • Issue master production, batch and cleaning and sanitization records; Perform record reviews as needed.
  • Maintain and archive applicable site records.
  • Facilitate in the updating of customer specifications; Assemble and maintain applicable master and electronic files.
  • Work closely with the site personnel regarding the status of documents.
  • Follow the Corporate Document Control Process for the creation of new documents or revisions.
  • Make appropriate determinations based on the quality system and communicate variances to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor processes to ensure compliance with the quality system. Develop and communicate solutions when issues noted.
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements
  • Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to compute basic math problems.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills along with ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyone.
  • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Google suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information
