Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon or Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of DLP initiatives, from planning to deployment.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Engage business teams at every stage (needs assessment, validation, and implementation).
- Deliver clear, user-friendly documentation and communication materials.
- Support local DLP teams in applying Group standards and best practices.
- Monitor project progress with KPIs and dashboards, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Proactively suggest improvements to strengthen DLP controls and coverage.
- Keep all stakeholders informed through regular updates via committees, SharePoint, and internal comms.
Profile:
- Solid knowledge of Data Loss Prevention and IT security frameworks.
- Understanding of data, IT systems, cyber risks, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with technical architectures and process automation.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and data visualization.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Fluency in French.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON or PORTO per week)
