Embark is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and positive Division Order Technician to support the company's growing Land Administration functions related to owner inquiries and discrepancies. This role will report to the Land Director within the Land department.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate data entry into company's logs to ensure inquiries are handled efficiently and completely
Facilitate discussions with owners to determine issues and provide solutions to address those issues
Maintain name, address and tax identification for owners
Ensure all owner inquiries are addressed and resolved within a timely manner
Elevate issues to Analysts when appropriate
Collaborate across departments to address and resolve owner concerns
Demonstrate knowledge of State Distribution of Real Property Laws on County Levels
Work in internal application for placing interest in suspense and pulling owner information
Research and resolve issues related to owners with incorrect or missing address information
Assist with Escheat Process
To be a good fit for our Division Order Tech role, you will have:
A high School Diploma
3-5 years in an owner relations or customer service role
Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to increase the effectiveness of owner relations operations
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with owners, employees, and attorneys
High attention to detail and superior organizational skills
Ability to multi-task various projects at once while simultaneously engaging with owners and employees in a positive manner
Comfortable working with owners, working interest owners and attorneys
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Must be a team player who possesses the ability to adapt to new technologies, workflows and processes
