Oversees budgets, operational risk, process standardization, and team development, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Technical Service, and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall process from order receipt and procurement through import, inventory, warehousing and customer delivery.
  • Manage relationships with overseas factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics providers and other external partners.
  • Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including delivery performance, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, logistics costs and customer service levels.
  • Optimize inventory and reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock.
  • Apply manufacturing management principles such as quality, cost, delivery and safety to operational processes.
  • Drive process improvement, standardization and operational efficiency.
  • Manage departmental budgets and understand the impact of inventory and logistics costs on the P&L and balance sheet.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Technical Service and overseas stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop and manage the Operations team.
  • Identify operational risks and provide clear recommendations to senior management.
