The Team:
Gloo360 is the premier managed services provider (MSP) division of Gloo dedicated to delivering comprehensive technology and operational support to non-profit organizations and mission-driven enterprises. By managing critical systems such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and enterprise platforms like Workday, Salesforce, and HubSpot, Gloo360 empowers its partners to focus on their core missions. Through innovative solutions, strategic integrations, and exceptional customer support, Gloo360 ensures operational excellence while driving efficiency, scalability, and transformative impact for the organizations it serves.
The Opportunity:
The VP, Division Chief Strategy Officer will spearhead growth initiatives for Gloo360, identifying, developing, and managing strategic opportunities to expand our managed services offerings to like-minded organizations, drive revenue growth, and enhance market presence. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and aligning internal initiatives to achieve long-term success and requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills to engage with non-profit organizations and potential clients, effectively communicating Gloo360's value proposition.
The VP, Division Chief Strategy Officer will build strong client relationships, lead sales efforts, and foster partnerships while collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. Success in this role hinges on the ability to deliver innovative solutions and establish lasting partnerships that advance Gloo360's mission and vision. This position is remote based at our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Business Development Strategy
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to shape strategic initiatives.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
    • Partner with the Gloo internal teams to ensure strategies are aligned with Gloo's broader objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships within the ecosystem.
    • Identify potential clients and develop tailored approaches to engage and convert leads into customers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their objectives.
  • Sales Leadership
    • Lead sales initiatives, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
    • Develop proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Gloo360's value proposition.
    • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and progression of opportunities.
  • Partnership Development
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand Gloo360's reach and capabilities.
    • Collaborate with partners to co-create innovative solutions that address market needs.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements that align with Gloo360's mission and objectives.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Work closely with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations, to provide insight to ensure market needs are met.
    • Provide market feedback to inform service offerings, product development, and marketing strategies.
    • Align business development efforts with Gloo360's core services and growth areas.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Track and analyze business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
    • Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes over time.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of managed services, business operations, and non-profit sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, business analytics tools, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders.


Compensation: $210,000 - $270,000
