What Helios Needs from You:
As a Dispatcher at Helios Service Partners, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth dispatching, scheduling, and coordination of HVAC service calls for our technicians. Your organizational skills will be key in managing multiple tasks and keeping our operations running efficiently.

• Dispatch work orders during business hours for assigned districts

• Communicate job progress and potential scheduling delays to Account Managers

• Ensure accurate technician assignments for quoted repairs

• Follow up on return statuses and work with Account Managers to maintain job momentum

• Collaborate with Regional Service Manager on any unscheduled truck repairs

• Track technician time on jobs and work with Regional Service Manager to assess manpower needs for overtime and weekend work

• Schedule all approved quoted repairs within 2 business days of part delivery

What Sets You Apart:

• High school diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• At least 2-3 years of dispatcher experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Proven experience in customer service

• Strong flexibility and dependability

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $19-$25 per hour (based on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience)
