Job Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining services.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwasher machines or by hand.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, and workstations.

Sort and store clean dishes and kitchen tools in their proper places.

Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and promptly.

Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.

Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned.
