We are seeking an experienced Director to support the execution and scaling of CFGI’s Managed Services Transitions function. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple onboarding engagements, ensuring consistent execution of transition frameworks, and maintaining and communicating visibility across transition activity to support effective planning and delivery.

  • Lead transition governance processes, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with Managing Directors to align transition execution with pipeline demand and resource planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoff from transition to steady-state delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within the transition lifecycle
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Managers, Managers, and Consultants
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to transition planning, timelines, and solutioning during the sales process

Qualifications and Capabilities:

  • 10–12+ years of experience in finance transformation (required), with additional experience in managed services and/or program delivery preferred, ideally within a consulting environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of finance operations and process improvement across core finance cycles
  • Experience leveraging project tracking tools, dashboards, and status reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive accountability across engagements

Reporting Structure:
