Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams to join our dynamic team. As a Director at BLN24, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration among various departments, and achieving our strategic objectives. Our Directors have a blend of responsibilities focused on client management, business development, and leadership within specific industries or functional areas. Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
• Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and leading efforts to win new projects.
• Leadership: Leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth within the firm.
• Project Oversight: Overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Preferred, but not required, working knowledge and experience within federal clients.
• Proven record of building rapport, strong working relationships and strategic growth activities within existing clients.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in managing programs and projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and strategic communications.
