This is a Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You must be within a commutable distance to the Frisco, TX location. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.
About the Role
- Business owner for workforce management platform
- Develop and execute workforce management strategies for the Customer Success Group function within McAfee
- Lead long-term capacity planning, headcount forecasting, and other labor models across Customer Success Group
- Collaborate with technology partners to enhance forecasting, scheduling and reporting utilizing advance Workforce Tooling
- Partner with Finance, Customer Success Group Operations, and Technology teams to align labor budgets with strategic initiatives
- Build and oversee high-performing executive analytics and insights for Customer Success Group
- Propose, Execute, and Monitor executive level KPIs while providing leadership guidance on initiatives to improve the measures
- Partner with Finance, Customer Success Group Operations, and other McAfee organizations in support of Customer Success Group Business Cases
About You
- 8+ years of experience in workforce management, operations strategy, or analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in building and scaling workforce planning and analytics functions in large, complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in workforce management systems (e.g., Kronos, NICE, Verint, Workday, or equivalent).
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies, capacity planning, and scheduling optimization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
