What your new challenge will look like:
- Lead a global UX organization through AI-driven transformation, driving business impact through design across our expanding AI-native product portfolio.
- Define and drive UX vision and strategy for an international team spread across Europe and India.
- You are the Head of UX and a strategic partner to VP- and C-level leaders, connecting UX strategy with product, technology and business priorities while championing the value of user-centered design across the organization.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all products by partnering closely with product management, engineering and business stakeholders.
- Build, inspire and grow a high-performing UX organization, including the existing design leadership team through hiring, coaching and career development.
- Design and scale efficient structures to strengthen design operations and AI-native ways of working.
- Own capacity and workforce planning across the UX organization for forecasting, prioritization, investment decisions and reporting visibility to leadership.
