Our Enterprise Data Platform is JLL's central location for data and services that power our global business line products. The platform is responsible for data ingestion across systems, resolution and standardization of that data, quality on top of the data and downstream consumption services. As a Director of Product Manager for our Real Estate Domain Data Products, you will be responsible for driving innovation and results across the platform by deeply understanding JLL's business lines and translating their needs into data solutions. ​

On a day-to-day basis, you will:​

  • Define and prioritize a product roadmap and backlog that directly supports JLL's property management, leasing, research, and capital markets business lines in partnership with data team and business stakeholders​
  • Collaborate closely with brokers, client management teams, and business line leaders to understand their workflows, sales processes, and data needs​
  • Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership to present clear and concrete vision for how data products serve real estate professionals across the organization​
  • Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value to end users across the organization​

You are:​

  • Clear and concise in your communication​
  • Deeply knowledgeable about commercial real estate operations and business models​
  • Experienced in understanding broker workflows, sales processes, and client management in real estate​
  • Empathetic to the diverse needs of real estate professionals across property management, leasing, research, and capital markets​
  • Relentless in driving towards a common set of goals on an enterprise level​

Your experience includes:​

  • 7+ years in commercial real estate with exposure to multiple business lines including property management, leasing, research, and/or capital markets​
  • Experience in data product management with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements​
  • Deep knowledge of at least one of the business lines is a plus​
  • Strong understanding of how real estate professionals use data in their daily workflows and client interactions​
  • Communication and collaboration across large and complex organizations​
  • The use of data modeling, SQL, and data analytics tools​
  • Experience working with brokers and understanding sales and client management processes in commercial real estate​

Estimated compensation for this position:

160,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
