As the Director of Talent Management, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our organization's talent strategy. You will lead the development and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top-tier talent across the organization. The role:

  • Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine the organization's talent management strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify key talent needs, skill gaps, and succession planning opportunities.
  • Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership programs that focus on improving the skills and capabilities of Lucid leaders and future leaders including training, resources, workshops, coaching and mentoring.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs, frameworks, and tools to drive a high-performance culture. Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and creating individual development plans.
  • Learning and Development: Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies that enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career growth. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful training programs focused on core competencies and Lucid Values. Partner with Technical Training teams to ensure a fully integrated learning experience for employees.
  • Succession Planning: Lead the development and implementation of succession planning processes, ensuring a robust pipeline of internal talent. Identify high-potential employees and create targeted development plans to accelerate their readiness for key leadership roles.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention. Implement programs to monitor and measure employee satisfaction, use exit, and stay interview data, and analyze data to identify trends and implement effective retention strategies.
  • Talent Analytics and Reporting: Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives. Generate regular reports on key talent metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and managers, to understand their talent needs and align talent management strategies accordingly. Serve as a trusted advisor on talent-related matters and provide coaching and support as needed. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, a related field, or years of experience.
  • Proven experience in talent management, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, industry trends, and talent management strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into talent strategies and initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and driving results.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or HRCI are a plus.


Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

 

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$193,000$284,000 USD
