What You Will Do:
- Focus on building new gaming publisher partnerships for adjoe’s programmatic solution – adjoe Ads.
- Develop a holistic sales strategy and create quarterly and annual targets for onboarding and retaining new publisher accounts.
- Establish a system of success by developing, managing, and nurturing the sales pipeline for you and your team.
- Successfully implement our CRM tool into your teams’ day to day task to effectively track and report progress on your accounts and prospects.
- Review achievement of quarterly targets and own sales bonus process for your team.
- Build up a team of best in class supply partnerships managers; implement structures, processes and best practices allowing the team to scale at a global level.
- Motivate and lead your team to meet and exceed their targets by setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, developing career plans, and empowering their personal growth.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop a go-to-market material with the focus on growing adjoe Ads’ portfolio of mobile advertisers.
- Help inform product strategy by feeding back publishers’ requirements to improve our platform.
- Represent adjoe Ads as a speaker and attendee at adtech industry events and conferences.
- Report directly to the Managing Director of adjoe Ads.
Who You Are:
- You bring 8+ years of experience in selling technology solutions to publishers with a proven track record, preferably in mobile ad tech / SDK sales.
- You are a passionate people leader with extensive experience in building, motivating, managing, and empowering teams to achieve their goals while advancing their personal careers.
- Managing sales pipelines using CRM software is your second nature.
- You are a confident networker with superior communication skills.
- You have a strong revenue- and growth-oriented mindset.
- You lead by example and are a great teacher who can transfer their sales knowledge to other team members.
- You consistently challenge the status quo and think outside the box, always ready to adapt your approach when needed.
- You have experience developing a holistic sales strategy to reach clients at every stage of the buyer’s journey.
- You are a proficient and passionate public speaker.
- You come with an impressive network in the mobile adtech and games industry.
- You have a deep understanding of mobile adtech and app economies.
