Lead the Future of Supply Chain

This isn’t a typical consulting role. At TMX, you’ll be working at the centre of complex, high-impact supply chain transformations, shaping how some of the most sophisticated operations in the market are designed, optimised and delivered.

From large-scale distribution networks to automation-led facilities, you’ll work directly with clients to solve real problems, not just build slides. The focus is on outcomes, improving performance, reducing cost and delivering solutions that actually get implemented.

You’ll operate across multiple engagements, working alongside experienced teams while taking ownership of key workstreams and building credibility with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own end-to-end program delivery across large scale supply chain transformations, from strategy through to implementation
• Act as Program Director across key client engagements, structuring workstreams, governance and delivery models
• Lead client relationships at executive level and act as trusted advisor on transformation agendas
• Build and execute regional business development plans, identifying and converting new opportunities across Southeast Asia
• Drive pipeline, revenue and profitability for the region, ensuring delivery against budget and targets
• Develop and scale high performing teams across multiple locations
• Recruit, mentor and grow consultants aligned to future pipeline and capability needs
• Establish program governance, reporting frameworks and stakeholder communication structures
• Ensure quality delivery across all project phases including strategy, design and implementation
• Manage financial performance including forecasting, budgets, margins and utilisation
• Lead cross-sell opportunities and expand existing client accounts

What You Bring

• 10+ years in supply chain consulting or transformation leadership roles
• Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs (multi-country or multi-site preferred)
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions and value drivers
• Strong background in program management frameworks, governance and delivery methodologies
• Experience across retail, FMCG, industrial or manufacturing sectors preferred
• Ability to engage, influence and drive outcomes with senior client stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins and pipeline
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high performing, technical teams
• Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
