The Role

What You Will Do 

  • Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and implement effective GTM plans that drive revenue growth and increase rep productivity.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-priority projects across various departments, ensuring alignment and effective execution to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Design and Optimize Operational Systems: Develop, manage, and refine operational and analytical processes to enhance efficiency and support Moveworks' growth.
  • Tackle Ambiguous Challenges: Address open-ended questions by developing and iterating on solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Example projects may include: Improving Rep Productivity, Create GTM motion for new product launches, Developing a framework for evaluating efficacy of marketing channels to align investment
  • Eventually spin out to take on full ownership of a given role, team, or opportunity in Moveworks

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Including at least 2 years in management consulting, finance, business operations in a technology company, or similar fields.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Ability to think from first principles, dig deep into data, and iterate quickly to deliver results.
  • Outcome Orientation: Proven track record of being scrappy and resourceful to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Easygoing style with the ability to build trusting relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Experimentation: Ability to pivot as necessary, taking an experimental approach to new problems, refining methods, and learning from results.
  • Hands-On Execution: Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead the charge in building initial versions of new initiatives, setting the stage for scalable growth.
  • GTM Experience in Tech: Proven background in sales and marketing strategy in B2B technology-focused environments
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools and metrics that enable informed decision-making.

Location:

  • Based in Mountain View headquarters

Base Compensation Range: $230,000 - 261,000

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. 
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
