Present to these forums as appropriate.
  • Be a critical team member in building and strengthening our strategy execution capabilities for strategic initiatives and across the organization. As a director, this person will be responsible for making recommendations on tools, frameworks and approaches the SEF should be adopting, and leading implementation of specific projects to advance the team’s strategy execution capabilities, including success metrics to prove enhanced capabilities.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with appropriate internal stakeholders, at all levels of the organization. Maintain a pulse on what SEF is doing well and areas of continuous improvement, based on feedback from internal & external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong partnerships with various departments and senior leadership, promoting effective communication and collaboration to achieve business goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, effectively communicating business performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
