Redis is seeking a senior, strategic International Partner Leader to oversee, develop, and scale our partner sales organisation across EMEA and APAC. This role requires a proven leader who can inspire, coach, and elevate a high-performing team while shaping the long-term partner ecosystem strategy for two of our most critical regions. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, establishing Redis as a preferred partner across hyperscalers, GSIs, SIs, and regional specialists, and ensuring tight alignment between partner teams and field sales leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong executive presence, a track record of leading distributed teams across diverse markets, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and senior leaders within global partner organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Own the regional partner strategy across EMEA & APAC, including account-based planning and long-term ecosystem development.
Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing partner sales team across multiple geographies.
Ensure Redis becomes the standard with key partners across the region.
Partner Growth & Execution
Identify and source new opportunities, influence active pipeline, and support field AEs throughout the sales cycle.
Prioritise and grow strategic alliances, including AWS, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Capgemini, and leading regional partners.
Build multi-level relationships with partner organisations, from field teams to senior executives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Cloud and Channel Directors to shape and execute global and regional partner initiatives.
Partner with regional sales leadership to run joint business planning with clear KPIs, targets, and milestones.
Coordinate across sales, technical, services, and executive teams to ensure alignment and partner success.
Operational Excellence
Drive partner productivity, sourced revenue, and measurable impact on regional growth.
Evaluate partner sales, marketing, and technical needs and ensure ongoing enablement and champion-building.
Manage partner-sourced pipeline and effectively communicate Redis’s value proposition across internal and external stakeholders.
