This is your opportunity to manage all aspects of Honeywell’s relationship with a major key account in the Oil & Gas industry. As a senior leader in the Honeywell organization, reporting to the Vice President of Honeywell Process Technology, Europe, you will work autonomously across all of Honeywell business groups and with our largest customers to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans utilizing all resources including marketing, analytics, and cross business relationships to build a robust sales pipeline and close deals to drive above-market growth. Specifically, you will be required and empowered to:
- Develop productive, long-term relationships with key account(s)
- Define the Honeywell-wide sales strategy for key account(s)
- Create and implement a Key Account(s) Sales Plan
- Drive on-time execution and delivery of products/services/solutions with Key Account(s)
- Establish the Management Operating System for managing Key Account(s)
- Drive Revenue and Margin growth for Key Account(s)
- Drive Key Account(s) Customer Satisfaction
- Influence decision making at all levels of the Key Account(s)
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 15+ years’ experience in combination of Sales, Key Account management, and Business Development in the Oil & Gas industry
