What will your day look like?
You'll be visible as a trusted advisor, developing differentiated value propositions within our network of agencies and alongside our strategic partners, guiding our clients towards growth by deeply understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions. Our capability acts as the bridge between business goals and technological possibilities, translating complex requirements into clear roadmaps and innovative designs that empower our clients to thrive.
- Identifying and developing new offerings and packages.
- Networking and staying close to our strategic partners, identifying mutual growth opportunities.
- Presenting compelling cases and case studies at industry events.
- Serve as the go-to technical expert on client projects, working closely with internal teams (Technology, Data, Experience, Strategy, Process, AI).
- Act as a translator, transforming ambitious client goals into actionable technology strategies.
- Collaborate with our growth team on pitches, RFPs, and high-level scoping.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing technologies and developing insightful points of view.
- Flex your creative muscles by occasionally building internal PoCs and demos to test new features and groundbreaking ideas.

You will be working alongside brilliant minds who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of all forms of marketing technology, from orchestration and activation platforms through to content and process accelerated through the practical application of AI and agentic workflows.
You'll collaborate with a diverse network of experts across our global offices, spanning technology, data, experience, and client service teams. This international exposure will broaden your horizons and provide invaluable learning opportunities. What do you bring to the table?
We're seeking a highly experienced technology leader who embodies a rare combination of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to make a real impact.
- You bring a passion for marketing technology and a genuine desire to make a difference for our clients and MAP.
- You have a proven track record of leadership and success in a solutions consulting or related role (e.g., technical consulting or customer success management) at a senior level.
- You possess a strong foundation in one or more core marketing technology platforms like: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, etc.
- You're a natural communicator with exceptional presentation skills, capable of captivating any level audience in speech, writing and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience building strong relationships and managing different stakeholders.
- You're a true team player, always willing to both lead the conversation, but also to collaborate and encourage others.
